Tai
Chi - the 36 Forms
Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese form of exercise for
people of all ages, which has gained an enthusiastic reception from
all over the world. By practicing Tai Chi, it can help you to promote
relaxation, straight posture and balance. In addition to improving
all of the bodily functions and helping to prevent aging and disease,
the movements calm the emotions and focus the mind, thus making
an outstanding contribution to one's health and well-being.
