that combines the significance of aerobic kickboxing and Tai Chi,
is going to be held on March 15, 2002. It features at having
both aerobic kicking and tai chi and interchange at every 10 minute
intervals. Under such arrangement, we believe that it can help you
learn self-defense tactics, improve strength and endurance, tone
muscles, reduce body fat and stress levels.
